- Every change in ServLore is recorded. The audit log shows who changed what, and when.
- Filter it by the kind of object.
- The governance record documents how your organisation uses AI: intended use, known limitations, evaluations and safety incidents.
- It can be printed or downloaded for an audit.
- And an export of all your organisation's data can be requested at any time.
Three tools keep ServLore accountable: the audit log, the governance record and the data export. All three are reached from Organisation settings.
Audit log
Section titled “Audit log”Audit log lists every change in the organisation: the time, the person, the object, the action and the fields that changed. Filter it by Object, such as knowledge items, sources, members or settings. The dashboard’s Recent activity shows the latest entries.
Governance record
Section titled “Governance record”Governance record documents how your organisation uses AI: the product and models covered, the intended use, the known limitations, the latest evaluation and the evaluated product versions, safety incidents, verification decisions, the escalation rules and the source authority. Choose Download JSON or Print to hand it to an auditor or a customer.
Data export
Section titled “Data export”Under Data export in the settings, Request export collects all of the organisation’s data into a file. When it is ready, Download saves it. Earlier exports stay listed with their date and size.
