A service bulletin is a notice about a known problem and its fix. In ServLore it is a technical source of the type Service bulletin, with the machine model, revision, serial number range and effective date it applies to.

Service bulletins lists every bulletin with its scope, newest first. For each bulletin in force, ServLore works out the installed assets it affects: the same model, or the same family when no model is given, the right revision and a serial number inside the range. Each affected machine is listed with its customer. Bulletins that are no longer in force say so.

An installed asset shows its Active service bulletins, and each bulletin appears in its service history. The AI Service Engineer takes the bulletins of the machine in the conversation into account, and the model page lists them under the Service bulletins tab.

  • To add a bulletin, upload it as a technical source of the type service bulletin and fill in its scope.
